Shipping

We will be shipping Monday through Thursday via USPS priority mail. All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of placement. As a small (read: very small) business, we won't be able to provide Amazon Prime like packaging and shipping times. What we can promise though is that all items will be meticulously wrapped to ensure that nothing gets damaged during shipping. All orders are packed in U-Line industrial crush proof boxes. No corners will be cut in seeing to the safe delivery of your precious cargo.

For now we are UNITED STATES ONLY shipping. We hope to provide international customers with the savory sauces they deserve soon.

On the very off chance that an item is damaged during shipping, please email us a picture to soothsayerhotsauce@gmail.com and we will be happy to ship another out to you. 

returns

Seeing as we are a food based product, we do not accept returns. Sorry. It's just kind of the nature of it. Make sure you are ordering the products you want and that any merchandise is sized properly. All of our clothing items feature links to the vendors sizing charts, please check those before hitting that MF proceed to checkout button.
